FAQ

How do I enrol my dog and what is the process?

Please contact us by either clicking on the contact buttons and let us know which service's you are interested in for your dog.
Don’t forget to tell us  your postcode so we can see if you fall inside our catchment area for collecting/dropping off dogs for walks.
Once we have established this we arrange a home visit meet and greet with you for the days and times, we will ask you to fill out an enrolment form to gather some information on your dog before arranging a charged trial service for them. This will be to establish how they will fit in and then we can take it from there.

What happens in bad weather?

We get wet!  We towel dry and clean your dog as much as possible before dropping them back to your home.
In extreme weather conditions, we may have to cut short/cancel a walk for the safety of the dogs and ourselves.

What do you do in case of an emergency?

When we enrol your dog, we take your dog’s vet details in case of an emergency. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will immediately call and notify you. If veterinary assistance is required, we will take your dog to your nominated vet or to the nearest possible one depending on the circumstances.

Do I need to provide anything for my dog on walks or boarding?

It is a legal requirement for your dog to wear a contact tag when in public. You will also need to provide a suitable and humane lead/harness.

If your dog is attending doggy day care or boarding, you will need to provide food to last the duration of your dog’s stay.
